Baby Yoga
Baby yoga for TPS (Toute Petite Section) and PS (Petite Section) children is a practice that combines simple movements inspired by yoga, adapted to the abilities of young children. At this age, yoga helps develop body awareness, flexibility, and balance, while fostering calm and regular breathing. The sessions are often playful and involve animal poses or movements mimicking nature, captivating the children’s attention. This activity improves motor coordination, concentration, and helps channel the children’s energy. Baby yoga in TPS and PS also encourages interaction with others, fostering social connections. Additionally, it provides emotional benefits by soothing children, boosting their self-confidence, and reducing anxiety. The sessions are short, dynamic, and adapted to the children’s physical and mental capacities.
