Multi-boxing
When removed from its context, the “noble art” is one of the richest sports, and provides many benefits for children starting at the age of 4:
- Children reap the physical benefits by exerting themselves running, jumping, working the muscles of the whole body, and improving their psychomotor skills (right, left, feet, hands, etc.) along with their reflexes, agility, and coordination of movement.
- The psychological benefits: Over the long term, boxing allows children to gain self-confidence, achieve goals, progress, push their limits, and above all to learn to obey instructions and respect others. Within a reassuring environment in which it is obviously forbidden to inflict hurt, the children are very attentive to each other, observe each other, imitate each other, learn together...and laugh a lot!
At École Bilingue Chardin, boxing is an educational sport suitable for everyone!
